TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE

PARTIES HAVE AGREED THAT:

1. PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE IN FAVOUR OF
DAN CHIROMA LTD – 1024182806-UBA. -
2. A MAXIMUM OF FOUR MONTHS SHALL BE THE PERIOD FOR TOTAL PAYMENT ON INSTALLMENTS.

3. A DEED OF ASSIGNMENT WILL BE ISSUED ON COMPLETION OF PAYMENT.

4. THE TOTAL COST OF LAND BY PLOT: 450SQM IS N380,000 (PROMO PRICE) AND N450,000 (ACTUAL PRICE) 900SQM IS N760,000 (PROMO PRICE) AND N900,OOO (ACTUAL PRICE)

5. INCASE OF ANY LAND DISPUTE OR DISAGREEMENT, THE MATTER SHOULD BE TAKEN TO THE OFFICE OF THE C.E.O OF THIS ORGANIZATION FOR SETTLEMENT. COURT IS THE LAST OPTION.

6. INCASE OF CLIENT’S INABILITY TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION, THE PLOT OF LAND WILL BE SOLD TO ANOTHER PERSON AND THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE CLIENT. THIS WILL ATTRACT A DEDUCTION OF 10%.

7. REGISTRATION FORM FEE OF N3,500 IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
